About the Author:Dr. Jorge Weibel Saez was assistant professor of neurology and psychiatry at the School of Medicine of the University of Concepci?n, Chile, and assistant professor of neurology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He published 30 scientific articles and two books dealing with vascular disorders of the brain, including the renowned ?Atlas of Arteriography in Occlusive Cerebrovascular Disease.?
